Their airy texture absorbed just the right amount of coffee and paired perfectly with the creamy filling and cocoa. They arrived dry and crisp, with no unwanted moisture or staleness. They are wheat-based, so they are not compatible with a gluten-free diet. These made it possible to prepare a special Italian-style dessert using ingredients I can easily find locally, and I thought the quantity, quality, and convenience made them a good value. Most helpful tip: Dip each ladyfinger in cooled coffee for only about one second total—just a quick dip on each side. The video shows how quickly I dipped mine. Soaking them longer may make the finished tiramisu soggy.

Lady fingers can be hard to find in stores when out of the season, so I decided to order it from Amazon. First, It’s the cheapest compared to the ones in stores (I live in WA). And it’s is absolutely delicious! These ladyfingers are light, airy, and perfectly sweet. They hold up well for desserts like tiramisu or trifles, yet are soft enough to enjoy on their own. Fresh taste and great texture, definitely a pantry staple! The only negative comment I would add is that the lady fingers arrived partially broken the first time I ordered it, but the second time was fine.
