No. Once you turn the controller the wheels turn as far as they can.

What is the length, with and height of the car?

Length is approximately 16" & the height is approximately 4 1/2" (it is a 1:10 scale size - decent size). Also, it is 4 wheel drive. It is definitely not the best quality, but you are also only paying $40.00 versus some of the more expensive units on the market so don't expect the battery to last long, but it is decent quality, & does work nice!
