Worst Seller and Worst Amazon Support Ever
Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had on Amazon.The seller XDMJJ sold me a mattress that was completely unacceptable, and dealing with them has been a nightmare from start to finish. Poor quality, terrible customer service, and zero accountability. I followed the return instructions exactly as requested, yet the seller kept delaying and making the process difficult instead of resolving the issue professionally.What is even more disappointing is Amazon itself failed to protect the customer. I trusted Amazon’s A-to-z Guarantee and expected support, but instead I was left without a proper refund and forced to waste my time chasing responses. Amazon keeps sending automated messages while ignoring the real problem.I spent my hard-earned money expecting decent service and received stress, frustration, and disappointment instead. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in both this seller and Amazon’s customer support system.I would NEVER recommend this seller to anyone. Buy somewhere else unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with endless frustration.Not recommended they will send you a different products.One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.
