How mucc pounds of resistance is provided by one spring on each slot? What are the different weight levels of each slot is what im asking

There really isnt a simple answer to that man. The farther from the lever point you go, the more tension a single spring adds. This gets further complicated when you add multiple springs. adding/moving a spring can add anywhere from 10lbs to 200 lbs tension from what i have experienced. BTW, the average male grip strength is like 80-120 lbs

How to put springs on

The non-hinge side of the inner grip can be moved aside and slightly clear of the stop. Then you can move it toward the springs and easily put them on or adjust them. I call the hinged side the bottom, the stop is at the top.

Is it possible to buy or use different springs that are heavier or lighter?

As long as the new springs are the same size and can fit the hand grip, I think is posible.

Does this really work? Will it make your strength strong?

Yes, it's resistance training, but, it's a little harder to program than plate weights because it's springs. If you're already using free weights it'll make them easier to use. If you're using machines it'll train something you otherwise aren't. By themselves your grip should definitely improve, thought, you might not notice a size change. The change would likely be more in muscle recruitment and tendon strength. What it doesn't really do is transform you into popeye. That takes spinach.

Für mich das beste Griffkraft-Trainingsgerät

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem guten Griffkrafttrainingsgerät. Ich glaube, dass ich alle Möglichkeiten am Markt probiert habe. Bis auf 2 Modell habe ich alle anderen zurückgesandt. Dieser Handgrifftrainer ist eine positive Ausnahme. Bis man an seine Leistungsgrenze gelangt, muss ein jahrelanges Training passieren. Ich habe durch diesen Trainer in kürzester Zeit die Griffkraft und Griffausdauer um 150% (aktuell bei ca. 135 kg) steigern können. Großartiges Produkt in solider Qualität für haptisch gutes und funktionelles Training. Man kann aber auch dieses Produkt ein wenig verbessern, indem man für die Handaufnahme ein griffiges, dickes Polsterrohr integriert, sodass man nicht abrutscht und mehr Kontrolle und Konstanz beim Zudrücken hat. (ich habe mir zwei Griffe aufgeschnitten und mit Klebeband befestigt)
