I purchased this for my Europe trip, and it worked perfectly. It easily handled my U.S. devices while traveling across multiple countries in Europe without overheating or making noise. The converter feels sturdy, compact, and convenient for travel. I especially liked having multiple plug options and USB ports, which made charging phones and small electronics very easy.

This worked really well for my Europe trip. It feels solid and pretty well-made, not flimsy like the other converters I’ve tried. It is a bit more expensive than then but I especially like the design where you attach the different country plugs instead of using those sliding switch ones, it really feels much sturdier and more secure. Charged everything I needed without issues, and the multiple ports are super convenient. Overall, very reliable and easy to use. Doesn't feel cheap

I bought this 220V to 110V Converter for a recent trip and it ended up being a really handy all-in-one travel solution. It’s compact and easy to pack, and I liked that I could charge multiple devices at once—my phone, laptop, and toothbrush all worked without needing extra adapters. It also handled smaller appliances like my shaver without any issues. The main thing to watch is the 350W limit, since it won’t work with high-power items like hair dryers, and it can get a little warm when running several devices for a while. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable option for travel as long as you stay within the power limits.

DO NOT BUY! When I first used it in July 2025, I noticed that the outlet plugs do not work in a hotel in Italy (was not sure if it did not work just because it was in Italy). However, when using this same device a few months later at a London hotel in February 2026, the same thing happened; THE OUTLET PLUGS DO NOT WORK AT ALL -- only the USB/USBC ports work. Contacted customer service with videos and photos to prove this item is defective. Customer service was responsive at first with questions, now they have been MIA for MONTHS!

Very practical for travel! Compact, easy to use, and works well for charging phones and laptops. Love the multiple plug options and USB ports. I also like that it feels solid and not flimsy like some travel adapters. Great value!!!

I took this voltage converter to Spain for a two week trip and it worked great! It’s not too big or heavy - the size is compact and perfect! You can sometimes hear the fan noise in it, but it’s relatively quiet. It didn’t overheat too much despite us using all of the plugs at once. You’re able to plug in so many devices and once, which is definitely a plus. My only complaint is that it did not work for a hair straightener as the advertising promises, therefore I’m giving it 1 star less.

Revised review 5 STARS! After a disappointing first experience, the excellence in their customer service in replacing the item so I could try it again gave me a chance to review the product again. This time it worked perfectly! I only wish I had contacted them while on my trip when it failed the first time as I'm confident they would have helped me get a new product quickly to make my travels seamless! Original review (3 STARS) I wish I could separate customer service rating from product rating when giving stars. Since I can't, I did a middle of the road. Customer service is FIVE STARS! I had to go through the seller and manufacturer for a return as the product failed on a two month trip and I wasn't able to return it in the Amazon window. The customer service team responded promptly and professionally with care. They refunded my Amazon account in full including tax. However, I give the product itself ONE STAR. I really hoped this would be the all-in-one converter I needed for my travels. Unfortunately, it failed after only two weeks of use in New Zealand while just charging my phone and watch. I heard the fan come on a couple of times and wasn't worried about it. Then in the middle of the night, my phone kept dinging as if I was plugging it in and unplugging it over and over again. It appeared to be shorting out or something and by morning was not working at all. I love the idea of the product with the USB and USB-C ports included as well as the voltage converter. I wish it had worked for my trip.

This is perfect for travel overseas. I took this with me to Italy recently. The usb and usb-c plugins are super convenient when charging cellphone and tablets. I was able to use the converter for hair dryer without any issues. It is pretty compact and easy to pack in bags.
