I accidentally bought two pair, but these are the best shoes I’ve bought for him in a long time. He’s very happy with them the comfort and supports his arch and his heel when he’s at work I recommend the issues 100%.

Just got these, the fit is perfect, and I did measure the foot and went according to their chart. We needed something comfortable for a post hip surgery, and starting to become more mobile. I like the flat sole, that he said feels like he’s barefoot and I hope nonslip, but not a trip hazard. I think the shoelaces will need to be changed soon…but I’m just hoping these will get some wear to them. Very east to put on and they look very nice. I’ll let you know how they hold up!

Fit: I usually wear 10 EEEE. I purchased size 10, and they were a little snug, but not uncomfortable. The toe box is fairly wide. The arch is okay. Pros: They are solidly-constructed… and by solid, I mean much solider than I expected. Most of the shoe is genuine leather. The soles are rugged. I wore a pair right out of the box on a mission trip to a rugged area and worked in them while constructing a house. I walked in them over 30 miles on very rough, rocky, slippery, uneven terrain. I climbed step ladders, clambered up hillsides, and walked on cobblestones. I expected the laces to tear, but they didn’t. The seams and laces held together and the sewing didn’t come apart. I wore them with and without lowcut socks. (I suspect that the laces will eventually come apart.) The shoes dried quickly after getting wet and didn’t acquire a bad odor. I think they are unique and have character. Cons: My family thinks they look ugly. There is only extra leather for padding. You can feel the ground through the soles. This helped me grip the ground with my feet, but was terrible for walking on rocks and cobblestone. The lack of padding makes them absolutely terrible for running and probably prone to blistering even though my feet didn’t blister. Bottom Line: In my opinion, if paying over $40, these shoes might not be worth it, but paying under $40 might be a good deal if they’re appealing to you. I polished mine, and I think they look much better that way. I did everything in them, but I would not use them as multipurpose shoes again.

I really liked the styling of the shoe and I was going to buy several colors, but the laces try to unravel as soon as you take them out of the box. I was planning on replacing the laces, but then the eyelets started failing and I decided they were not high enough in quality to be considered a good shoe choice.

One of the best pair of shoes I have bought. True to size Lightweight Wide Real leather I almost feel like I'm walking barefoot I now own 2 pair just different colors and going for a 3rd pair. I also like the constant leather smell when you're wareing them or when you take them off and even if they are just sitting in the room out in the open.

I read the reviews and let me tell you that anything over a two(2) star rating must be planted by the seller. The looks are probably the best thing about the shoes. 1) lets start with the laces. Junk. They are strands of yarn twisted together and capped off at the ends with plastic. The darn things were unraveling. My guess is maybe one week tops and the laces would break. This leads too the next item. The shoe lace eye holes on the lower part of the shoes. This is insane. No grommets, just holes in the Extremely thin leather. The laces wouldn't even out because one of the eye holes was ripped. Just imagine if you tried to tighten the shoe in a proper manner. You would tear/rip out every one of the holes because of ZERO SUPPORT(no grommets) absolutely stupid! O.k. the tounge of the shoe is not stitched up far enough and rolls under as you put your footbin and you need to pull it back up. This is AFTER you loosen the laces. More poor design. No wide sizes so I went up ½ size and the fit was good. BUTTTT, the INSOLE is of very poor quality. Some type of sponge foam?. I would say after about one full week of normal wear, you would need to replace and add some type of orthotic support. That is if the stitching didn't fail first. Very poor QA/QC. Now the actual leather of the shoes was real. Very thin and flimsy, but real. I know this because I used to work for a leather company that made all the car leather for the USA auto industry. So another failure in that area of construction. The tread was nice, the overall looks was nice and even the color was just like the picture. Other than that, the shoes are a COMPLETE FAILURE and there is no way I would ever recommend this item for any reason. I really believe that most of, if not all of the 3 star and above reviews are FAKE. I see no redeeming Qualities in this product. DON'T BUY!!!!!!! Bought all the colours, love the fit with lots of toe space. Nice style with the contrast stitching and thick leather, with decent breathability to keep feet comfortable. I pulled out the sole cushions and put my own orthotics inside and they feel great. The toe and heel rubber bumpers not only look great but very practical when you accidentally bump into things with your toe/heels, naturally protecting the shoe and your foot. The one critical issue for me is the lases seem not strong enough to last although they look good with the contrast leather stitching look, I will replace them with a thicker elastic lase, so as to last longer and not have to tie up every single time. Pics show this shoe and another I was testing out.

Love the design and fit of these shoes but it took multiple orders to get the correct size. There’s a discrepancy in marked sizing on the shoes as well as Amazon shipping the wrong size ordered. Worth the returns to finally get the proper fit.
