The section of wall i was going to drill screws into was loaded with live wiring even in places i didn't think were any wires! This device saved my life. In the video i recorded you can see how it senses the live wires close to the light switch. It also detected some metal nails/screws and wooden joists. Pros: - Not overly heavy so your arm wont get tired. - Manual is super detailed and is in english, french and spanish. Cons: - The manual was a bit confusing because later pages referred to a diagram at the front of the manual and i kept having to flip back. - The price is expensive compared to other stud finders, but that is expected because the BOSCH GMS120-27 is contractor grade in terms of its performance (while many others are consumer grade). When purchasing something that you're using to avoid dying, you're better off going with contractor or professional grade than consumer grade!

Didn't work and still waiting patiently for refund been over a month.
