Love this electrolyte drink. Great flavor.

These electrolyte tablets have been fantastic. I first bought them when I became quite dehydrated after working out too much and not drinking enough water, and they helped me rehydrate and feel much better over the following few days. Since then, I've been using them regularly, especially after intense workouts or during hot weather, and they really help me feel refreshed and rehydrated. The berry and strawberry and kiwi flavours are my favourites, they taste great, dissolve quickly, and don't have the artificial or unpleasant taste that some electrolyte drinks do. I like serving them in very cold water, sometimes with ice and fresh mint, which makes them even more refreshing. I'm really impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these tablets and will definitely continue buying them. Highly recommended.

I started buying these to use around workouts, and they've become something I take with me to the gym every time now. The flavour is really nice. I usually drink it on its own, but I've also mixed it with a little squash before and it works well either way. It's much easier to get through a bottle of water when it actually tastes good. I've found it particularly helpful during longer or more intense sessions. Since I started using it regularly, I seem to get fewer muscle cramps, and I also feel like my muscles recover a bit better afterwards. Obviously there are lots of factors that affect recovery, but I've noticed enough of a difference that I now make a point of taking one with me whenever I train. Overall, it's become one of those things that I don't really think twice about buying anymore because it's worked well for me. It tastes good, dissolves quickly, and fits easily into my gym routine.

I use these during and after cycling, particularly on warmer rides or indoor sessions when I am sweating enough to reconsider all my life choices. The tablets dissolve easily, the blackcurrant flavour is pleasant without being excessively sweet, and they make it much easier to drink enough fluid. They are also sugar-free and contain virtually no calories, so you get the electrolytes without feeling as though you are drinking liquid sweets. They are convenient to carry, simple to drop into a bottle and much less messy than powders. They are not a magical replacement for drinking regularly, but they are a very useful reminder and have become a regular part of my cycling kit. Five stars. Good flavour, easy to use and far more appealing than another bottle of plain water.
