They are mustard colored soft, very soft gelatin. You could even open them up and sprinkle them over food. If someone had trouble swallowing. Definitely a 5 star product, and we will be repurchasing these. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to get healthier.

Works great

We've struggled through infertility and loss due to severe PCOS. Also discovered I had vericos veins on my ovaries, causing great pain. My midwife recommended I start this supplement to help with circulation in my ovaries. Within a month I noticed greatly reduced pain. 2 months later I got pregnant! Blood work showed healthy, robust hormone levels, I didn't even have to supplement progesterone this time. I don't know if that's due to this supplement on its own, but I believe it certainly helped.

Lowered my BP from 174/102 to 138/83 in just 2 weeks. Feeling better every day.

Pills are too large for me to swallow. Wish there was a liquid version. In the meantime, I take the contents out and put in applesauce or juice. I have aortic stomach calcification and hoping this helps me.

Good product

I don't recommend. It has Senna extract, which I wasn't aware of. I had to clean my undies after taking them twice.
