I've been searching for ages for a decent suncream. I have bad hormonal peri acne, and had read to protect acne scarring you should use a tinted sunscreen with zinc. I also didn't want anything under SPF 50. I want to wear the sunscreen year round so it needs to be a sustainable choice budget wise to use 365 days a year. Being south east Asian it's hard to find shades to match, and although I'm probably on the edge of the target market it's probably the most accessible SPF 50 for my skin tone I'll find. I used elf foundation with an SPF 30 anyway, but I'll be going on holiday where I'll be at the beach and very conscious of the acne scarring and active acne, and I think this will give me the confidence I need to go bare skinned (before this year I never even wore makeup but the hormonal acne has progressed so much I can't bear to even leave the house without foundation) I've added a video to show the coverage on a burn scar on my hand, and I knew it wasn't going to be full coverage I think it definitely lessens what's there. And you can see how it blends and doesn't really leave a white cast =Actual usage= The product arrives with a security seal on the box so that you know it's not been used. When I first tried it, I think it had separated a bit as some water came out, but application was smooth and very pleasant It actually feels silly Matt if that makes sense! It is a silicone based suncream so sits beautifully under my foundation and it doesn't leave a greasy finish it just feels silky I want to give this 4 stars as it does contain fragrance, but I quite like the fragrance and it hasn't irritated my skin. And I feel like it's actually helping my skin a bit too as it didn't feel greasy throughout the day. I usually react pretty quickly to any products that don't work for me and have had no reaction I also did top up, just to test, over my makeup and it was fine. It doesn't transfer too badly either, as I thought it might due to the tint. ==Ingredients== Silicone based so will work well as a base for makeup (learnt the hard way when I used to popular water based primer and found most foundations contain silicone, so a water based will cause the makeup to split/repel). Zinc oxide: anti inflammatory and can promote wound healing so can help with active acne. Can also help with scarring and dark spots, as well as help eczema and rosacea. And most importantly protect against UV rays Titanium dioxide, a physical sunscreen. Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, a broad spectrum sunscreen and apparently pretty elite. ==Final thoughts== This ticks all my boxes for price and I feel like it is actually helping my acne. But most importantly there is no reaction and the addition of a tint + price point gives it 5* from me I don't feel like it's a great match to my skin tone, but a bit of bronzer on the forehead disguises it and tbh when I'm on the beach I don't think anyone is going to be judging. I just will feel more confident knowing that I can top up with a tiny And the added bonus that it feels lovely and seems to be helping my acne is a great! So I can overlook the added fragrance (which is actually nice) and the poor colour match is kind of offset by the fact that it doesn't transfer as badly as any of the tinted moisturisers I had tried before giving up and going for full on foundation.

Just what I was looking for to replace another brand that was good but just too expensive to keep buying each month. I’d not heard of this brand before so I researched and read reviews on Amazon. Purchased one to try. Tube was smaller than I expected but ok, I tested product on the back of my hand first. The feel of the product is like a dry powder/mousse, very similar to my previous sunscreen and the colour like an orange/peach. Rubbed ion easily to my hand. Once applied I on face it felt nice, like a primer, which is what I wanted. It did create an immediate cast on my dark skin but a few minutes working it in and letting settle for 5-10 minutes did the trick. Blended in beautifully with no trace, Couldnt feel it on skin, not greasy and was matte ish for my oily skin and did not sting my eyes like chemical sunscreen does. This is an affordable option for me as I wear it everyday so need to purchase monthly. All in all a great product Only one downside - does not pair well with Estée Lauder double wear foundation (the new version) as it makes it separate on my skin so can only wear on no make up days so unfortunately. I’ll continue my search for one I can wear with foundation!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but had to! I have extremely oily skin and also etr rosacea so have to wear daily spf, however I have tried many oil control options and expensive spf, none of them sit under my full coverage foundation without being a greasy mess an hour later! I bought this on a whim and I’m so pleased I did it’s kept my oil at bay all day and I even feel comfortable to wear alone (it evens out my skin tone and covers the redness) it’s definitely not full coverage just a very nice natural look for a no makeup day but it’s incredible! Best spf I have ever used for my face

Dimethicone Dimethicone Dimethicone !!! There is matte then there is MATTE. It looked and felt very dry on my skin. The tint was ok but not much in the way of coverage... I just looked MATTE!!!! The worst part for me was the irritation .. as the day went on i could feel it " prickling " me. could n't wait to take it off.

This is very pigmented! The sunscreen is alright but a very strong orange colour. You have to blend it a lot. When I tried washing it, it would need loads of tries to get it washed off! Overall it is alright but much more pigmented than thought!

This cream is wonderful. It is very silky, absorbs in a matte way and does ball up under make up on the rarity that I put any on. It’s is tinted so primes the skin very nicely. It protects well for skiing and sunny walks too, without sweating off. Just be sure to reapply throughout the day to keep the product working. The tube is a very decent size and I will be buying again as it’s a mineral spf that isn’t over priced which I’ve found hard to find.

Wasn’t expecting it to be this good. I’ve got oily, blemished, uneven skin, and this actually gives really decent coverage. It evens things out way better than I thought it would, without looking like makeup especially important for me as a guy. The finish surprised me for a sunscreen, since it looks more like lightweight skin tint than sunblock. It does feel a little oily after a while, but it doesn’t look oily, which makes it easy to overlook depending on your preference 😊

I am very strict about using sunscreen every day, and have tried literally dozens of brands. I love Bioré, but my skin is oily so it gets too dewy; the other favourite is Allies of Skin, but it's pricey. This one by Cureskin is amazing when it comes to mattifying effect (really impressive; the best I've seen in that respect. Photoshop-level matte). It would be perfect, and my absolute favourite... Except the tint is too dark (sort of orange, almost Trump-like) which is quite a bummer. Mind you: my complexion is not super fair, so I'm actually surprised Cureskin goes for this bonkers colour. Almost there.

Leider muss ich sagen, dass diese Sonnencreme für mich überhaupt nicht tragbar war. Zum einen hat mich der orangen-aprikosenfarbige Farbton und zum anderen die Textur abgeschreckt.

What a lovely texture and tint. Merge perfectly with my skin tone, and good sunscre for outdoors. My second product of Cureskin after lip scrub, love it✨🙌🏻

It's too thick, leaves white cast dry to touch, not sure if it's for me

This is a great sunscreen for dusky or medium skin tone. It has a matte finishing and a velvety texture. You can use this for a natural makeup look. It blurs your acne marks or other light marks on skin.
