Darker than advertised
I purchased these to put on a cake and it would have been absolutely perfect however the coloring was off. I purchased them needing an ombre of pinks and these arrived very dark almost a purple hue. They are very beautiful and I'll use them on a different cake but I wasn't able to use them on the wedding cake that I had intended to use them on. very beautiful product just the covering was darker than expected

Flavorless and beautiful. Don't add or subtract any flavors, but add beauty.
They are very subtle in flavor, intended for appearance, not flavor. We use them applied to smoked salmon rolled in a thin layer of cream cheese decorated with dried flowers and a bit of fresh dill. Beautiful, but any flower flavors are lost in the bold smoked salmon.

Very fragile
Hard to get separated without damaging the flowers. Pretty but taste absolutely horrid. Ended up using around the plate instead of on the food as planned.

Colors turn to brown
The flowers were mostly intact however the ones I received were brown and white, not pink. The color is not as vibrant as the pictures.
