Excellent pair of shorts
This pair of shorts are very comfortable and great for working out as they do not bind when doing so.

9 inches of no ride-up, but the waistband rolls on squats
Let me start with why I even bought these. I live in Delaware now (grew up in Florida, so I know humidity), and I travel a ton for work and leisure. Sitting on planes for hours, then walking through airports, then maybe hitting the hotel gym – my old cotton boxer briefs were a mess. Riding up, soaking sweat, constant adjusting. I wanted something that could handle a long travel day and a light workout without me thinking about my underwear every five minutes. These Jockey Sport 9" long legs looked promising. The "stability pouch" and microfiber material seemed right for what I needed. The pros (what actually works)The leg length is the real winner here. 9 inches means they stay put. I've worn these on a six-hour flight from Delaware to Vegas and then walked the strip – no riding up the thighs at all. That alone is worth mentioning because most "long leg" briefs still creep. The fabric is thin and breathable. The mesh panels actually let air through, which matters when you're rushing between gates or walking around a warm city. Dries fast too. Hand-washed one in a hotel sink and it was ready by morning .The support pouch does its job without squishing things. It's a "gentle hold" like they advertise – not compression-short tight, but things don't bounce around when jogging .The cons (the annoying stuff)The waistband rolls down. Multiple reviews mention this, and yeah, it's real . Doing squats in the gym? The band folds over itself. Bending down to get something from a low suitcase? Same thing. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's annoying. You also need to "settle in" after putting them on. One reviewer put it well – you have to adjust so the pouch lines up right . Takes five seconds, but it's an extra step. The fit runs slightly snug. I bought my usual size and it felt fine standing up, but sitting for hours on a plane, the waist felt tighter than I wanted. Some guys size up .Real-world useTravel days are where these shine. The anti-odor silver-infused fabric (on some versions) and sweat-wicking actually help when you're wearing the same pair for 14+ hours . I've worn them for light gym sessions, long walks, and sleeping. Works for all three. For heavy leg day at the gym? I'd still grab actual compression shorts. These are for "light-to-moderate" activity, and that's accurate .Value for moneyThey're not cheap – usually $15-20 per pair. But compared to the bargain brands that fall apart after three washes? These hold up. The recycled polyester and spandex blend doesn't pill or stretch out .Did they meet my expectations?Mostly yes. I wanted travel-friendly underwear that wouldn't ride up or get swampy. They deliver on that. The waistband rolling is a bummer, but I've learned to live with it.Final Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. Lose one star for the waistband issue. If they fix that, these would be just about perfect for any guy who spends time on planes or in gyms.

Works great as a MTB baggy short liner!
I bought these to be used as a liner for my baggy mountain bike shorts. I don't like padded liners that make me feel like I'm wearing a diaper. These are great! Breathe well and are super comfortable. And they're not $50-$75 like the unpadded liners from the bike clothing companies.
