Is your avacado oil refined?

So if I get Avocado oil from Costco it is clear. If I get Mark Sisson's extant virgin Avocado oil it is beautiful intense emerald green. Methinks the degree of refinement is somewhere between the two which makes for a nice balance when you want to fry at higher temperatures or use the oil for homemade mayonnaise, salad dressing, etc.

What is the shelf life? how far out from date f purchase does this usually expire?

The Internet says 9-12 months in pantry and 12 months in fridge. I have had mine for 3 months so far and I only have a quart left so it really does not last in supply very long. I use for frying eggs and putting a little in frying pan to keep foods from sticking like sausage, hotdogs and such and to make salad dressig I have it in the pantry because too big to put in fridge. .

Where are the avocados from that make up this oil?
