It only switches on if I hold it at a weird angle and it then it'll cut out after a minute. It also makes a rattling sound that it didn't at the start. Its completely unusable. I wouldn't ever buy again. desertcart won't refund it and contacting the seller for the warranty has been a nightmare. I'd just avoid it and get another hot brush instead.

Works really well with my hair which is fine and pretty straight. My daughter has long wavy thick hair and it’s hopeless with her’s.
