Games Workshop Drop Force Imperator Astra Militarum Starter Set Kill Team Warhammer 40,000

Great kit. Good quality models and presentation. I like that the Kill Team approach has a smaller cost of entry and you can dabble with these reasonably priced expansions. However, it seems to be the trend that the expansions don’t quite hit the 100 point value you would typically use in the rules. That’s my only criticism. But it’s still far less expensive than committing to the full size 40k army if you just want a quicker 40k fix.

The worst thing about Kill Team is that you have to re-buy miniatures you may already have to get the cards and scenarios in these kits.You can make your own cards from the main rulebook, but they do not seem to come out the same. Ans there is no way to get the Faction Tactics cards on their own.Otherwise everything is awesome about these kits.

I like the look of the scions and wanted to get this so i did. slowly getting to painting them all
