Need deep sleep?
I sleep really well when I take two before bedtime. Love ashwaghanda and the way it makes me feel. I’m a hyper-responder & can definitely feel the effects of deep sleep

I’ve tried a few different Ashwagandha supplements, but this KSM-66 extract from Double Wood is definitely my favorite so far. Sleeping better and dreaming more
This is the only thing that I have done different. I have never been able to sleep well even though I take tons of supplements that lower my cortisol this brand has really impressed me from almost the first few days I was having really vivid dreams, some of them weird I only take one a day and sleeping like a rock most of the time unusual for me.
