I bought two of these, one on my ‘74 CJ5 and one for the’12 JK. It made mounting the Stabilizer extremely simple and gave it that perfect custom look, not like the crappy u bolt ones that slide around, these things clamp down and stay put!

This product is a mess. It doesn't properly clamp to the tie rod tube. It is supposed to clamp down tight. It spins after tightening the hex screws because it is not the right size like the description says and it wasn't machined right. I had to use a rubber insulator to see if the clamp will tighten down - it does after adding the insulator. Next issue is the hex screws are an odd size. Prob not in your everyday tools. 5.5 mm. Save those odd toolsets for weird projects like this. Next problem is that the bolt that goes through the eye of the steering stabilizer, doesn't match up to the threads in the clamp. You will have to rethread or buy a proper fitting bolt. Next problem is the weird weak bolt that attaches the ss to the frame. Does anyone really think that this will secure a part to the suspension of a car? As other descriptions noted, the screw will either shear off or unthread and fall off somewhere while driving. The design for this was pretty bad. I didn't use it. I ended up getting a stainless steel bolt, a tower of washers for the offset, and a matching nut to bolt the eye of the ss to the frame. I don't recommend this product at all. I will be sending this back. A 20 minute install ended up taking an entire afternoon and a trip to the parts store. Jeep Wrangler JK with high steer kit and synergy tie rod.
