Arrived on time and has proved to be exactly what was needed as it delivered the goods when used!

Awful product. Used once fishing off a calm water harbour and the rod snapped. We used it for the first time on holiday and unfortunately missed the return window and cannot find their details otherwise we would have contacted. This fishing rod should not have snapped with only one use. Very poor quality a waste of money as we also had to buy another one on holiday (a cheap rod that didn't snap!)

I have no knowledge of fishing!! Bought for a gift so all I can say is it arrived extremely quickly, it looks good quality, is very lightweight, compact and could be taken on days out on the boat easily. Only downside is that if it was me having to rig it all up I wouldn’t have a clue as the instructions seem pointless! I will update once it’s been gifted and I get feedback!

Ive only just used the rod and the 2nd section snapped clean off while hooking something. This was the 1st use of this rod . No impressed as im currently im Mauritius at the moment rodless!!!

Used the Sougayilang Telescopic Fishing Rod for the first time two weeks ago on holiday in Cornwall. After an hours fishing for mackerel using a 2 oz weight and a set of feathers the rod snapped just above the second eyelet from the handle. This was while casting out from a sea kayak. I contacted the supplier for a replacement rod, they responded very quickly and have said they will replace the rod. That is great customer service!

The rod appears to be well-built and the guides are true and very smooth. I was impressed with the small tip guard that came with it - totally reusable! I won't have to worry about breaking the tip while portaging. I found the rod a little stiff but I usually use a light medium action rod. The reel is exceptionally smooth, light in weight, and has a no-reverse feature. It spooled 80 yards of 10 lb test monofilament quickly and easily and the bail worked quite smoothly. So far so good. I'll update once I have fished with it.

Good quality product for the price. Have used it few times and faced no issues. Collapsing the rod might be a bit challenging as it is a bit hard to do so, but once you get used to it will not be a major concern.
