This is a great ramen base that is super low effort to make. I can quickly make myself a single serving, and it is difficult to mess up. It's obviously not as cheap as glutenous ramen, but for being gluten-free, its price is alright. I've also been pleasantly surprised by how the ramen doesn't fall apart, which appears to be common among other gluten-free pasta. I would highly recommend also buying a seasoning powder for flavor.

These are the best gluten free noodles I've had since going gluten-free seven years ago. They are the perfect shape, texture, and flavor. Everything you'd want from a ramen noodle. Highly recommend!

Overall: For being gluten free, I'm very impressed. You can use these noodles pretty much however you would use normal instant ramen, though the cook times are different. Pros: Good flavor without being overly salty. Holds it's shape after cooking. Has the "bite" you'd expect from ramen noodles. Cooks fast and easy. Portion size is comparable to traditional instant noodles, so you can use these interchangeably with most recipes. Cons: Noodles are a little thinner than I'd like. No included flavoring, so you'll need to either know how to make a ramen stock or have some sort of instant packet separately. Attached photo is a soup of vegetable stock, tamari, hondashi, and gochujang. Instant vegetable mix-ins, fried red bell pepper, egg sunny side up, and spam slices.

Best gf ramen noodles I've tried so far in terms of taste and texture. In Florida boiling for 6 minutes is the perfect tooth for me and the noodles separate nicely. Each package is a tidge larger than regular ramen. In most cases I'd guess that's a plus, but if I add a meat and bok choy, I can't eat it all.

My son has Celiac Disease and so we buy exclusively gluten-free products. These noodles taste great, so my is thrilled to enjoy Ramen again. What's frustrating is that these cost six times more than the gluten version, and that's if you find them on sale. They are also unflavored, so you have to find flavor powder or use broth or other flavorings as well. It seems that manufacturers are determined to gouge people on gluten-free or products marketed as healthy.
