We purchased a much cheaper version ($12) that came with only one sided vendor and no metal support rods. Returned and purchased this for he 6 longs my husband just keep his pinky splinted at night post surgery for Dupuytren contracture (Vikings disease). Very, very similar to the one that woukd have cost $400+ to have a hand specialist specially designed one for him. He’s hard on his hands so I wouldn’t be surprised if we need another before the end of the 6 months but that just him and most people will have no problem making it last that long. It’s a him flaw, not a cheap product flaw. Either way.. $60 beats $400*.Metal bar is not at all difficult to shape unlike others have said, and I’m on chemo and fairly weak so I’m thinking that may be a problem only certain people may have. Super supportive and easy for him to wear for long periods with temporary breaks.

Well let's just say I've already been through 2 casts and this fits and feels 100% better than both casts. The xl is large enough for my hand, which is really big according to my orthopedic. I can adjust it to my comfort level 💯 and it doesn't move up and down my arm like the casts did. Awesome fit, feel, quality and definitely a great value.

I am a large man with big hands. I can palm a gallon of paint. I usually have a hard time finding gloves and braces that fit. This was the only ulnar gutter type splint i could find online that has a dedicated XL size. The rest were all L/XL. I don't trust that as they rarely fit. This one fit perfectly and i love how adjustable it is. It's helped the healing a lot. Definitely recommend.

Low profile enough around the fingers where you still have dexterity of your middle, index, and thumb. The metal bar on the top is removable, however fixed in place and runs the full length of the brace which makes it solid. The bar underneath is adjustable and runs from finger tip to the base of your palm. I've been wearing mine for 2 weeks now and it doesn't bother me at all and it fits much better than the splint they gave me at the doctor's office.Thank you for the great product, hopefully I don't break anything else but if I do I know where to go. Hah
