Very disappointed with this Cramp Relief Massager. The heating function stopped working after only 3 months of normal use. I bought it mainly for my wife pain relief, but now it no longer provides any heat, making it much less effective. The product quality and durability are not up to expectations. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
