Better value to take one of these than several of the ingredients individually
I was already taking milk thistle, turmeric & quercetin, & was fixin' to start taking green tea extract, so it made sense to buy these instead. My friend told me about them, and what good value they are. I've been taking them for a few months now. It is far easier to take one capsule rather than several of this and that. They are very easy to swallow, and help with allergies & inflammation. I don't find it helps as an appetite suppressant, but I never got it for that. The green tea aspect I wanted for the fact that it helps with cortisol/stress levels. I will continue to take these twice a day for overall good health.

Good medicine
These are good for blood pressure and keeping your blood sugar under control. Easy to swallow. Only side effect I had was kinda light headedness.

Impressive Product, Impressed User
I have benefitted from taking Berberine, Turmeric, and Resveratrol as separate supplements for many years. Therefore, I was very happy to find this combination product with all three of those supplements, along with cinnamon and other nutrients thrown in for good measure. If you are wondering how so much benefit can be packed into such a "swallowable" capsule, it's because all of the ingredients are standardized extracts, which increases potency a lot. Plus a great price. Very satisfied.

Compared to a similar product I took before this was fantastic and a great price..I suggest giving it a try for more than a month to see results. I did experience a great deal of appetite suppression and lasted a while in my system after I ran out. Thumbs up

Crappy and poor quality
It doesn’t suppress appetite and found one that had been dropped on floor. Looks like it may have been stepped on, or ran over with something.

Love this product because it has a lot of the supplements I normally take separately in one bottle at a fraction of the price. Great quality product, I would definitely recommend. This is My second time purchasing it.
