Is this for all kinds of pains or just for joint pain??

Only use it for our dogs joint pain but I see no reason why it wouldn’t work for other pains

Why does the given ingredients not list asprin?

It does list aspirin but by it chemical name. It Acetylsalicylic Acid.

aspirin thins the blood. Does this cause the same effect?

I understand the only differences between the canine and human aspirin is in the dosages and the coating on some of the human aspirin. The coating is not dissolved by dogs therefore just passes through. But the coating is supposed to help protect the human stomach. I imagine that the canine aspirin could thin the blood. I only give the aspirin to my pet when he is in pain, which is intermittent not daily. It works well for him.
