My husband had to cut out gluten when he developed leaky gut and his cholesterol suddenly skyrocketed. We tried several things to get it to come back down but nothing seemed to make more than a 10-point difference or so. When his LDL hit 214, his doctor insisted on a statin. We really dug our heels in and refused - this product was recommended by someone else and nothing else had worked so we tried it, along with a whole food (nearly) vegetarian diet. Within a 4-month time span, his LDL has dropped to 141. Still not where it needs to be but amazing results in 4 months considering where he started. Worked for me. Reduced LDL in 6 weeks. I supplemented it with berberine hcl 600 mg and also followed portfolio diet. I had read reviews from others that their cholesterol reduced. Hence decided to try.

I take four tablets in total a day. Two in the early afternoon two more in the evening. Took myself of statins after LDL continued to increase and doctor wanted to increase my dosage. My LDL went from 131 on March 3rd to 111 on June 8th. Total cholesterol also went down during the same period.

Amazon asked me: "How was the ingredients?" Setting aside that this question may have suffered a minor disagreement with the English grammar, I did my best to answer it. After careful evaluation, I found the ingredients to be highly ingredient-like in both composition and behavior. They demonstrated all the characteristics one would reasonably expect from ingredients. The ingredients met expectations.

Tried these for cholesterol health. Didn’t do anything for my LDL or overall cholesterol but triglycerides went down almost 40 points.
