This skillet is everything I wished for in a cast iron, as I've seen many chefs cook with one. This is my first cast iron, and had to get used to keeping it dry and well seasoned, but I must say it is worth the effort if you take the time to maintenance this skillet. My meat is much crispier on the outside, while maintaining the juice inside, my eggs cook to perfection, and cooking mixed dishes such as fried rice or paella come out amazing. It is rather heavy, even in terms of cast iron, however it does have a support handle on the opposing side so you can lift and carry it with two hands (please remember to use oven mits so you don't burn yourself!). Unfortunately my Japanese oven is a bit too small to fit the skillet inside, so I haven't been able to test baking with it as some recipes often call for, but this pan retains heat amazingly well, especially if you opt in for the matching lid.

使い始めが工業用？油の匂いがして、不快でしたが何度か使用して、気にならないようになってきました。あとは鉄がしっかりしていて、重いですが大変気にいっています。簡単な手入れさえすればいいので長持ちですね。 ところで、付ける油は、オリーブオイルはダメですよ。使えるのは、サラダ油 ごま油 で一番いいのはアマニオイルですよ。

もうこのフライパンを10年以上愛用してます。テフロンにはない使い心地で野菜やお肉を焼いてます。

私は男ですが多少重く感じます。女の子には厳しいと思います。ですが何回か使っていると慣れます。この大きさで、大人2人.子供1人分の料理をまかなえます。目玉焼きは5〜6個いけます。育っていくのが楽しみです。くっつく人は（私も）毎回油をひきましょう

これを使うと普通のフライパンなどでは出せない味を出せる 結構底が深いので油跳ねなども安心できる 大きいので軽食を作るのには向いてない ステーキやグリル、ローストやグラタン、シチューを作るのに向いている 重さは普通の土鍋ぐらいある 大きくて手入れが大変なのでブラシやタワシがあると良い

レビューを見てると「重い」の文字がありましたが、予想以上に重さを感じました(💦) IHなのでフライパンを振ったりする訳じゃないから大丈夫かな?と思ったのですが、フライパンを片手で持ってお皿に盛り付けるのは・・・、出来ないです。 でも、さすが厚みのある鉄製は伝導率がいいので美味しく仕上ります。

お肉を焼く以外に大豆や生ピーナッツやカボチャの種を煎るのに使っています。 鉄板が厚いので煎りやすいし早めに火を止めて余熱も利用できます。 最近はステーキプレスとしても使っています。 鳥もものバジル焼きなど皮目を下にフライパンに2枚並べて焼き、このスキレットを直火で焼いといて鶏肉にジューと置きます。重みがあるので押さえなくてもすぐ焼けます。 間にアルミ箔を挟むと洗わなくても大丈夫です。 スキレットをしっかり焼いて置くと鶏肉を返さなくてもとても美味しく焼けます。 ステーキプレスの購入も収納も不要だしこのアイデアは我ながらヒットです！ 皆さまも是非やってみてください。

An absolutely incredible pan! Works fabulously for: ▪︎ eggs (prepared ANY WAY) ▪︎ crepes and pancakes ▪︎ stir fry ▪︎ meat! Chicken breast, pork chips, salmon, shrimp, and tofu And I will be using it on many more foods! It comes pre-seasoned but they reccomend cooking something in oil on the first use. It's truly non stick pan and I adore that the handout it ships with informs you of all materials used to make the pan. Very transparent with their practices and clean materials. Tips they share on the handout/their site ● slowly heat the pan to your desired temperature to ensure you don't crack the seasoning. I like to chop veggies while I wait. ● the pan will release eggs/protein once it has cooked enough, don't flip too early! ● I purchased the pan scrapers to get off any food debris. It's reccomended to clean this pan with a bit of soap or salt, then dry it completely and season it with oil. Easy to clean. This pan is something that will last a LONG time. It needs a bit more bit of care than a traditional non-stick, but it is SO WORTH IT!

Looks and feel great. First cast iron pan after getting rid of non stick pans. Size is perfect for family of 4 cooking. Got it at $40 during 11-11 sale

I was a bit worried about this pan because it was so expensive but I’m so glad I bought it, it’s exactly what I wanted, excellent quality and very heavy, it heats evenly and holds the heat for a long time after the gas is off. I have fried steak but mostly pancakes for the kids. Highly recommend it.

I like the quality But the package was Ripped and damaged

The quality is good—it's heavy, sturdy, and built to last. It offers great heat distribution and retains heat superbly, making it perfect for searing and achieving an even cook. I find it easy to clean, and by making sure to oil it after cleaning, I’ve had no issues with rust. This skillet is absolutely a good long-term investment and will only get better with age and use. A perfect 5-star product!
