This suit works great for our son. He has special needs and can't swim on his own yet. He will remove life jackets or floaty's. This suit works great because it zips up in the back so once it is on he cannot remove it. It also has bright orange sleeves for easy visibility. Fits great and my son loves it.

Very satisfied with this product. My son weighs 49lb and is 4 years old. I bought a size 6 for him. Product speaks for its self,once in the pool I could see how the floaty helped him stay up and balanced.

Got this for my 5 yr. grandson for a trip to the ocean and swimming is a pool. Gave him so much confindence and he was so safe. Great product. Hard to get off wet, but it a swimming suit. Washes great. the foam things are hard to put back in but LOVE this and so did my grandson

I was looking for something to replace a swimsuit/lifevest that my 4 year old had grown out of and found this. This works even better - it keeps her just above water and lets her practice her swimming moves. It has enough flotation that I feel safe letting her roam in the shallows where she can stand by herself but not so much that she can't practice swimming. I love that I can remove some of the flotation without removing all of it. My daughter didn't like the neck ring so I took that out. It looks a little bulky on her but one family member remarked that it just looked like she was really buff. Fairly thick material, well put together. Easy to get on and off.

Worked well on the first swim, but the chest floats broke apart on the front

This is a good suit. My only negative comment is that my son constantly gets a wedgie while wearing it in the pool. Every time he comes out the water hes pummi g it out his bottom. Other than that it works great. Keeps him afloat and safe in the water. He calls it his TOTS whale suit. You know from the cartoon TOTS. He loves it.

My daughter got annoyed by her puddle jumper life jacket once she learned she could dive to the bottom without it on. She's still too young to tread water, and needs a parent in the pool with her, which we're not always keen to jump into 5x a day. With this float suit, it gives her just enough buoyancy to grab a breath before swimming again. It's definitely not for a timid kid or poor swimmer, but for those who have no fear of going underwater from one end of the pool to the other - this swimsuit works amazingly well.

I was uncertain how it would hold up in the water but the neck piece doesn't seem to ride up too much and it holds my not-quite-four-year-old's head above water with some effort on his part. The chest floats don't interfere with --- even encourage --- arm movements. I wouldn't rely on it for safety in any circumstance but for assisted swimming it's worked out as hoped. No idea how the construction will hold up over time but not much survives my kid's tender ministrations anyhow.
