Since COVID, many offices have discontinued having coffeemakers and teapots available to the public. So, I purchased this teapot to take to work. I can make tea or instant coffee rather than spend money at Starbucks. It us handy when cafes are closed too. The teapot boils the water. The light turns off automatically when the water is hot. I pour the water into a 16 oz paper cup. Voila! Tea is ready! It is easy to use. You can also add a teabag, or loose tea in a diffuser, or instant coffee to the container, I believe. The teapot comes with a solution to clean the inside. You can probably make bouillon cubes or powder too. So, it is versatile. Very easy! Lightweight! Not bulky! Very convenient! Wash with warm water and soap suds! Plug fits inside the container when not in use! Regular outlet, not a USB.

Useless. Bought it for travel but cannot use it since it’s not dual voltage. I just assumed it would be since it is sold for travel. In order to use it travelling, I would need to buy a big clunky and expensive voltage converter. All my other devices only need plug adapters, no converter, since duh, they are designed for travel. Now I need to buy another kettle. Big waste of money.
