I’ve been using Pak Shilajit Pure Himalayan Resin for about a month now and I’m genuinely impressed. It dissolves easily in warm water and the resin feels very pure and high quality. I’ve noticed better energy throughout the day and less afternoon fatigue. Love that it comes with the little spatula — makes dosing clean and easy. Packaging is sleek and the product feels premium. Since I started taking shilajit resin I increase my energy gradually, my physical endurance improves I have greater concentration. Faster recovery at the end of my exercises and improve my sleep. I no longer have a lot of insomnia. I no longer get up in the middle of the night because it was sleep.

It gets three stars purely because the taste was not as bad as I expected. Almost like a dark chocolate/black licorice flavor. I had seen other reviews claiming how horrible it was to choke down. It was not what was in the picture. I did use all of it and discarded the jar already so I cannot say if it was the correct volume, but it looked like something that had been on the shelf for a long time at a local ma and pa market. Did not notice any difference to my health or performance and would not waste my time or money again.
