Vive Body Weight Workout Poster - Bodyweight Exercises For Home Gym - Laminated Hitt Chart For Abs, Glute, Core, Legs, Arms, Back - No Equipment Needed - Large Cardio Board For Women, Men, Inspiratio

A perfect addition to my home gym room

Provides structure to your home gym. On days Im pushing through workouts and can't think of what to do, this has acted as a personal trainer. Easy to read nice size for individual use and it's laminated. I use dry erase markers to Clark what has been completed for the session. Looked great is easy hang on wall. Durable for rehanging if needed.

Good

The quality of this is very nice. I need to get it into a poster frame as it has quite a “rolled up” memory. I tried rolling it backwards and storing it, but it dies like to still roll up. I taped it to my sliding glass door until I get a frame for it.
