Great product without making holes. Easy to install, sturdy and stable, looks good, it fit perfectly. I even purchased one for my mother.

I bought this to hopefully make the installation of a 10,000 btu unit easier in a vinyl window. In past years I have had to use scraps of wood under the back of the unit in the window and a 2x4 length to support the back of the unit where it is furthest from the house. The instruction sheet was a bit lacking, but after watching the video I figured it out. This doesn't have any levels built into the frame, but I don't think this will be a problem, I can use a level to make sure it is tipped slightly towards the back for proper drainage. Some of the other reviews must be for other, similar products because this does not have blocks that need to be screwed into the window, nor do you have to use any tools to assemble this. I don't have anyone to help me with the installation today, but should get someone before the weekend is over. I will update this if we find that it doesn't work like it should! Edit: Installed A/C unit today and this works great! Once we put it in the window, it was very easy to check the level of the frame and adjust it to tip back slightly for drainage. Very easy to put the unit in the window and not worry about having someone hanging on to it so it wouldn't fall until the window was closed. I will most likely order another one of these to use with my upstairs A/C next spring.

constructed great and is solid, however i noticed like others that sometimes the feet would move a little bit, that was solved with just buying 2 screws and screwing in the 2 feet so the feet wouldn't slide. Now AC the window unit sits nice and is sturdy and solid and the bracket doesnt slip anymore.

Our window unit held up just fine without this, but we remove the unit in the fall and reinstall in the spring. It is located on the third floor so it was always a hassle to install and remove. This inexpensive item makes this task a breeze. Wish I would have purchased it along time ago. Good quality with plenty of hardware for installation.

Doesn’t great job of supporting a 90 lb LG ac unit. Easy to install. Came with a bunch of extra parts which I wondered about. Didn’t use the extra stuff but kept them for other projects. I highly recommend.

Good product and sturdyhowever instructions are terrible, and the screws are too short if you use the spacers. Make sure to be ready for a trip to the store and a YouTube video.

This bracket has been the best thing I have done for my a/c units. I normally would use precut and sized wood or composite wood to to hold the units in the window. This no drill solution is perfect! I have a 12k btu unit on one of these brackets, strong and sturdy. I advise getting extra foam sealing tape to put on the bottom side and the back side (facing out of the house) of the bracket to add in sealing capability. So happy with this I bought another one for an extra ac unit I normally don't install because it is a PITA and also one for my mom. It is a bit pricey for what it is but still worth it.

Instructions were terrible but with perseverance it does a wonderful job. Very sturdy and strong.
