What is the expiration date?

The expiration date is printed on the back of the box, far right end for spaghetti. The Penna pasta has the expiration date on the top of the box.

How mamy carbs per serving

Total Carbs: 34g in a 2 oz serving/dietary fiber: 6g. The best part is that this is carbs from vegetable rather than grains. However, I do find that I have to boil for 11 minutes to have a consistency equal to carb high spaghetti.
