Great supplement to fill in those gaps and get your zinc in, amazingly clean ingredients and the copper balancing everything out is the cherry on top, glass bottle is great too, all of SCPs products are top tier and this one isn't an exception, will be buying more.

Don’t take on an empty stomach or it will make you sick (lesson learned the hard way) other than that lowkey feel more energized and I think my skin looks better

I appreciate that this supplement combines zinc with copper in the right ratio. That’s not always easy to find. The capsules are good quality and easy to take. Simple ingredients, no unnecessary additives. Solid product overall.

Quality Supplement - Just a bit Smelly
I've tried a bunch of zinc supplements and I can recognize a quality one when I take it. This one is great, however I think the Copper is what causes them to smell and taste exceptionally "dank" compared to other ones I've tried. With that being said, take it with some milk and you'll be alright.

Excellent product, perfect combination of copper and zinc. You don’t need to buy these supplements individually. They’re perfectly balanced..

Capsules can be opened which is great
Great supplement, I like that the caps are openable. I prefer to just eat the powder myself and open up each capsule, consume the powder with fluid and then immediately dispose of the glucose capsule. Do note that the powder itself smells and tastes awful.
