These were used for myself at work and everything about them is excellent! I left them for my predecessor and she loves them!

Bought this for work as I spend a lot of time on the phone and like to be hands free. Hooked up very easily to my VOIP phone and has in-line controls for muting and volume. The downside is that the mike is poor. I get a lot of remarks about - "can't hear you" or "what did you say?" . Very disappointing for a Wired headset. Also is uncomfortable around ears after about 10 minutes wearing. Update: Callez saw my review and reached out to give me alternate hookup tips. Eventually they sent me a new headset to try. I must say that is outstanding support. The new headset seems to perform a little better. Audio is good and ear pads more comfortable. I still have some issues with people hearing me but I speak a bit louder and keep the mike almost touching my mouth. This seems counter-intuitive as it would seem to "overmodulate" my voice but I have had no complaints and few misunderstood sentences.

Great item that works well & customer service from seller is excellent. Seller holds up to 2 year warranty mentioned. My first headset worked great for about year & half, but stopped working for some reason. Amazon helped me connect with the seller who honored the 2 year warranty, and sent me a new headset very quickly for free. I recommend this product & have had a good experience with this item & seller.

I replaced a headset that I really liked because it was no longer compatible with my new office phone. The new headset works but is not as comfortable to wear. The mute button on the cord is too easy to bump and in the middle of a conversation, the person with whom I'm speaking can no longer hear me. I've also been told by the person on the other end of the phone that I am cutting in and out, even when the mute button has not been bumped or turned to mute.

My husband works from home calling people all day. We have had several of this type of headset. The others lasted a year or two. This one is brand new so I can't say how well it will last, but it does seem sturdier than the others and the price was good. I would recommend it to others.
