Is there a blue dot on this mirror? Is it visible? It's present in some pictures but not in others.

The latest models of Keonjinn LED Bathroom Mirror no longer have blue dots or buttons because the blue light would have a blinding effect.

Is there any ways to change cool white light to soft/warm white light?

It has both so you just touch it and change it from soft or white

why does the mirror have a lag when turning on compared to my other hardwired lights?

I have found that if you haven't used the light in over a month there is a little lag. However, if you use if more frequently it is instantaneous.
