Good all around and healthier
Great salt. You have to muddle it up for a finer grain, but that’s not a problem. Taste good, and seems to help with my hydration. Put it on a few steaks and they tasted great.

This one saved me 50% over the other, VERY happy, will forever purchase!
I have a medical condition and one of the things my doctor requires for the betterment of my health is that I drink water with salt high in mineral content- the Baja Mineral Sea Salt to be exact. I originally had been given a link to a different salt that I purchased on here and loved, I believe it's called Baja Gold but it is twice as expensive as this so I decided to try this one the next go around and I'm very happy that I saved 50%! I now know that the difference in the two is that this one is coarse (larger particles) and the other was fine particles. I was fine with purchasing the larger particles if it saved me 50% and this will be the one that I purchase from now on. It dissolves away in the water just fine although of course it doesn't dissolve as quickly but I have no issue with that personally. It's very white, it is not very moist and it doesn't clump together at all. I recommend it to anyone that is shopping for this!

When you know you need salt and not water, this works..
Seems like a great mineral salt.. I swish salt in my mouth as part of many naturalist approaches to health issues. I am Keto for a TBI and need to replace electrolytes more often it seems like after years of trail and error + learning.. but the salts lacking minerals end up giving me more cramps and sugar consumption was the hardest drug to quit. It has not been long enough(~3wks) to know for sure that this is better than all others but the cramping isn't returning in days like it would with other salts... nor am I a "salt expert" though I have tried a ton of types of salt and minerals/supplements to take care of issues with as few inputs as needed. This is probably top 3 of salts for sure.
