My brother first introduced me to this Say Sauce after the owner who produces this soy sauce came on the Netflix Show "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" in episode 2 presenting how his company produces this soy sauce in the most traditional Japanese way. I myself have spent 1.5 years of my life living in Japan speaking Japanese quite decently and I have always been very fond of Japanese food. The first moment that I tasted this soy sauce I was completely blown away. Wow, what a deep and profound fermented taste! For anyone who appreciates a high quality soy sauce this is the real deal! It does not get any better than that!
