We liked the look of some Pottery Barn cordless Roman shades we had and wanted to get more for other rooms, but they run $300 per window now. So I shopped around and found these custom shades on Amazon. They compare favorably with the competition even when ordered with all the bells and whistles - they cost approximately 30% less (which adds up quickly if ordering for multiple windows) and are custom perfect fits on my windows. I do wish they had the auto-raise functionality my other shades have (they retract if pulled slightly), but it’s a worthwhile tradeoff for the price. The seller was very responsive in confirming the measurements and advising on window frame placement for the brackets. Installation was relatively easy - snapping the bracket into place on the shade took some trial and error. These are a little more complicated to purchase than your average item, but it’s time well spent. I will be ordering more for another room.

I've ordered 3 sets of these. The first I've had for about a year now. They've held up and are still in good shape, so I decide to use them again for our other 2 bedrooms. They seem pretty durable and I like the different backing options and string options. The strings are a bit long and messy, so I got the no string on the last one and that seems like the best option for me. It's scary to trust customizing shades online so you definitely want to get the measurements right, but they help ensure that by asking for a picture of the window and communicating any inconsistencies before completing the order. I've been very satisfied using this brand for our window shades.

These were perfect for our living room windows. We installed new picture windows and wanted a treatment that would allow maximum viewing area. The colors offered worked for us and they were super easy to install. They are sturdy, light weight and beautiful!

Buyer beware! The shade is lovely and the measurement done carefully HOWEVER the description is completely misleading to customers- it is NOT cordless by default. You need to check the correct box when ordering and if you make any changes be sure to double check those boxes. It is advertised on amazon as cordless but it is NOT. You have to check that and you do NOT get a refund, and you CANNOT return this item. Deeply disappointed as I cannot use a corded shade (safety issues with young children) and it was super expensive. The seller was responsive in terms of writing back and they are making lovely shades but buyer beware, this is NOT a cordless shade by default. Mistakes will cost you a lot of money unfortunately and lead to disappointment.

After a couple of back and forth messages with the manufacturer to ensure my measurements were accurate, the delievered product fit the window perfectly. They were really simple to install (took about 15 minutes) and they look and work great. I'm going to buy two more sets for other windows in my house. I checked 4 stars only because there were very minor snags in the material but it was easily trimmed up and isn't noticeable now.

We had a great experience from the start. We did our own measurements originally, and also took pictures with the tape measure for them to double check the fit. They went off the picture we sent in, and they absolutely nailed it. They communicated great throughout the process. They are priced very well for a custom shade! Highly recommend these shades and the seller!
