No assembly directions in the box. Rear wheel attachment issue rear axel is the wrong size , ill fitting or defective parts in the item. Harness is very weak and cheaply made. The seller did not provide the assembly directions and sent some sort of foreign coloring book. The steering coupling ring was cut and not in one complete piece. which does not allow the item to steer properly. The seller was contacted for replacement parts annd anssembly directions and they simply replied “ok”. The item received appears to be a previously returned items. Bad reviews and bad service for an item that was paid for at full price and requested as new. The item was delivered latt and horrible customer service service. They should be ashamed of selling items for babies that are unsafe. In addition to unresolved customer issues and should not be allowed to sell on Amazon or any other retailer if they are not going to service customers fairly and honestly! . Do not buy from this seller. Bad customer service , Bad reviews, issuing faulty or defective products and Bad customer service service! My issue was unresolved and I had to take the item to a professional bike shop for inspection and to see if it could be salvaged. Costing additional monies as this item was desperately need for twin growing infants transport. . DO NOT BUY!!!! . I gave them 1 star only because item was eventual received, but defective and poor service.

None of the directions is in English as far as videos. It does not look like what we ordered. And this was bought for our twin granddaughters and the back seat does not even have a safety harness for the seat. So they can’t even use it because they are at the age of standing up and moving around a lot. Would not recommend this unless your kids are different ages and they understood not to stand. And it took a month and half for us to even get it once we purchased it. Not worth the money.

Worst product ever , I won’t even explain nothing just don’t get this product at all

It came damaged and it would cost to return so I just wasted my money. The directions are worthless. Was very hard to try to put together for someone that isn't mechanically inclined. But none of that matter halfway through because the product was damaged and we could not finish putting it together.

This item took forever to receive. Once we did get it, the box had seen better days. The instructions are not in English and are hard to decipher. Trying to build it is a challenge. None of the holes line up properly. It’s still sitting half built and we’ve had it for about a month now. Would recommend finding something else.

This item sucks. The instructions were almost impossible to understand because its not in English, it took me 3 hours to put together and once it was put together and I went out on a walk with my family the stroller was hard to steer and my toddlers would have to sit still so that the stroller won't tip over on one side
