Stylish & Soothing - lovely product
Got this from an advent calendar (Stylist) & it’s brilliant. It’s not a brand I knew - but it’s so soothing - brightening as it says! The serum glides on via the innovative roller ball design which is easy to use. I will be buying this (once I run out!).

roll those puffy eyes!
I've been a fan of the Korean skincare trend for a while, and the INNISFREE Green Tea Caffeine Bright Eye Serum is a perfect example of what makes it so popular: thoughtful design and effective ingredients. The most notable feature is the rollerball applicator. It’s an interesting and unique delivery method that makes the application feel like a gentle massage. I found that it's great for evenly distributing the product and it feels wonderfully cooling on tired under-eyes, especially first thing in the morning. It's a lightweight serum that absorbs quickly, which is ideal when you're in a hurry. For a little eye bag defeating tip, I tried keeping mine in the fridge, and it truly makes a difference. The chilled rollerball offers an incredible blast of coolness that instantly de-puffs my eyes, a sensation that feels nothing short of revolutionary for those particularly rough mornings after the night before!!

Nice Product
Very smooth and I love the cooling applicator. Only gave it 4 stars because I haven't seen an improvement yet and it's been about a month.

Wide awake!
I'm genuinely not an eye cream/serum type of person at all. I have had dark circles since I was a child and no amount of vitamin C or caffeine creams have ever done much for my panda eyes so I tend to approach eye products with very low expectations. That said, I picked this one up mostly out of curiosity and because I trust Innisfree. This is unscented and gentle and it so refreshing for my eyes. It sinks in quickly and doesn’t pill with makeup or concealer. It also layers well with the rest of my routine without feeling like an extra, fussy step. It doesn’t feel sticky or heavy. But what really makes it stand out above other eye creams or serums, is the metal applicator, it glides around the eyes and definitely helps reduce morning puffiness. It also feels so cooling, I love using this in the morning just for the steel rollerball. Even though I still have my dark circles (as expected), I do feel like my under-eye area looks more hydrated and less tired. This is a small tube but a little really does go a long way. I do recommend taking care when you squeeze because the applicator is so sensitive and you can easily overdo it. This isn't a magic wand for dark circles but honestly, I don't think it's pretending to be. It is a interesting and quite novel product and it's a great option for anyone looking to add a calming, de-puff step. It's perfect for both summer and mornings where your eyes need a little bit of help waking up. Happy to recommend it!

The Koreans know their skin care
Unscented so gentle on the delicate skin around the eye and doesn’t cause my eyes any irritation. The roller ball is cooling and soothing and helps depuff the under eye. The serum is lightweight and is absorbed quickly without leaving my skin greasy or sticky. A little goes a long way so be gentle when pressing the applicator. Has helped make me look more awake in the mornings by reducing puffiness and brightening the dark circles under my eyes.

Feels really nice
✅ The best part of this eye serum for me is without a doubt the applicator; the cooling metal rollerball is an absolute treat for tired, puffy eyes, especially if you store it in the fridge. I love using it. The effect is immediate, providing a soothing massage, reducing my morning puffiness. I was impressed by the ingredients list: caffeine and antioxidant rich green tea extract to depuff + protect, niacinamide (brightening), and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid and squalane for deep and nongreasy hydration that plumps up fine lines. The serum itself is lightweight, fragrance free, and sinks in without leaving a sticky film, which means my makeup applies fine over it.

Cooling roller ball application
Only get 10ml of product here, it’s usual to get 15 ml most eye creams. Despite containing 10 ml the tube is relatively big and chunky, it uses a novel delivery system that I’ve not come across before. You press a pump to bring in a small amount of creamy looking product and then using the metal roller ball roll around the eye which feels lovely and cool. The product initially looks cream like but is in fact a gel, it’s very runny and despite my best efforts I can’t help but get some in the corner of my eye which stings. To test its effectiveness, I used on 1 eye only and on the other I used by usual eye cream which price wise is about the same as this. Despite this being a gel, it dries down a little shiny looking more so than the eye with my usual eye cream. Can’t see any difference is the dark circles or the puffiness between the 2 eyes. The hydration and comfort are the same. My usual eye cream has SPF15 which this doesn’t. I’ve used for 3 days only so far but as things are I think I prefer my cream product over this but for those who prefer a gel this is a good cooling and hydrating product. I have sensitive eye area; in the limited time I have used this product I haven’t had any adverse issues. It loses 1 stars because it seeps into the eyes too easily. UPDATE 24.08.25 This has started to irritate the skin around my eyes. I suspected it was causing me issues so I stopped using it and my skin healed. I reintroduced it and I've got the same sore irritated skin around my eyes. This really doesn't suit me. Everyone skin is different, I have got particularly sensitive skin and this just isn't right for me. I'm going to have to drop another star.

I switched to this eye serum after developing milia from a more thicker heavy eye cream. Since I switched, the forming milia have disappeared and my under eye area is well hydrated. I really like the metal ball applicator, it feels nice and cooling. This product does help reduce the puffiness around my eyes when I wake up. I have sensitive skin and this has caused me no irritation. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a light yet moisturizing eye cream.

I have severe dark circles and have to be diligent with caffeine topically to keep them at bay. This product is wonderful, and being in a pump means it's not exposed to oxygen. The product itself has a printed expiration date so you know it's good for a LONG time. The roller ball helps depuff and is cooling. I recommend multiple little pumps to get what you need instead of a full pump to not over-use the product. Also, I notice this is routinely on sale which makes the product a better value. I especially like this product for daytime use as I only use retinol at night.

I’ve been usually this for around two weeks now and things I have noticed are: 1) it is moisturizing, 2) it is easy to apply, 3) aside from the moisturizing properties I have not noticed anything else, and 3) it might get in the under eye creases and not blend in leaving white residue. So after application you need to use your fingers to dab the product in. Overall it’s a good product but not terrific.

Second time purchasing. Feels amazing, and noticeably helps with eye bags and de puffing. I also love the packaging and applicator, it makes it super easy to apply and the metal ball is very soothing.
