My wife was basically prescribed this type of device by her doctors. She and I researched the competing products, and this model did everything that was required and has the capacity to be programmed. The device is very well manufactured. Even after almost a month of daily sessions from two people, two sessions each at least a day, nothing rattles or shakes: except me. The programming is super easy and is done with a simple Windows .exe program. We were able to copy this to a new USB drive, 2GB, and store the original. Then, once we understood how the program worked, we were able to create our own programs. I made one for my Upper Body workouts and a different one for my Lower Body workout. The default, built-in, programs are good for the standing session. As with all of these devices, the handles are not accommodating for tall people. I am only 5'11", and I cannot hold but the top 15% of the bars. But this is enough for me to hold one with a full grip: which is more than enough for complete safety.

This is an awesome product. It increases circulation and is so easy to use. No sweating. No special clothing required. Can do it barefoot, in my PJ’s, while watching TV! My husband found that it aggravated his knee pain, so it’s not for everyone. I can feel it is making my muscles firmer, and I feel more refreshed and relaxed after use.
