I have bought this model SAMSUNG ULTRA HD 4K tv on 13th may and samsung cheated by not providing microphone option on smart remote control but i have accecesibility of microphone compatibility in bixby smart things for this model its worst experience while i typing in keyboard for videos in youtube very worst samsung biggest cheater 😡😡😡😡😡and amazon side too cheating by not mentioning about there is no microphone in remote control so dont buy this model here after i won't buy any samsung model and i wont buy anything from amazon its worst experience because called amazon regarding about this issue but they never response

50 inch uhd tv bought for 38k after card offers - Build quality is really poor. Feels flimsy. - Picture quality is alright but I had to play around with the settings a lot. Default colors, saturation and contrast were really bad. - 4K upscaling is ok for full hd 1080p content but for regular tv/dth it's really average. Had a 43 inch full hd tv earlier and it was much better. - OS is somewhat buggy and lags sometimes but it's not a deal breaker for me. - Sound is flat and avg. Q Symphony works only with certain Samsung speaker when connected via hdmi arc . Overall average TV, doesn't really offer anything over the cheaper tvs like MI, Hisense, etc. Bought this just for brand value but I'm not really sure if this will past any longer than the cheaper ones.

Was very sceptical after reading plethora of reviews. Still went aheayand purchased the TV. The TV is really awesome. Product UI is good. Wall mount is provided during installation without extra charge. Hence. it is worth waiting for the installation partner.
