We USED to purchase the larger bags at the grocery store and end up eating the whole bag in one sitting because they are SO DELICIOUS! However, we needed portion control for personal wellness. Taste amazing but don’t let that fool you
These are genuinely good. The chocolate flavor actually tastes like something, not that fake watered down chocolate you get with most rice cake type snacks. The crunch is satisfying and the individual packs make it easy to grab and go. Now let me be real with you because the reviews that just say ‘great snack, love them’ aren’t helping anybody. These are not a health food. They’re a lower calorie option compared to chips or cookies, and that’s the lane they’re in — not a nutritious snack, just a better alternative when you want something sweet and crunchy without going completely off track. The danger with these is they taste so good that it’s easy to sit there and go through three or four packs without realizing it. At that point the ‘lower calorie’ benefit is gone. Stick to one pack, enjoy it for what it is, and don’t convince yourself you can eat the whole box because they’re ‘light.’ Use them as a treat or a smarter swap, not a free pass. With that said, as far as satisfying a sweet tooth without completely derailing yourself, these do the job better than most options out there.
