CIARRA 12-in-1 Countertop Steam Oven with Air Fryer, 25.4QT Nosh Oven Pro

Bought this oven mainly because I wanted to use it for steaming vegetables and other food items. I can't believe how well it's made and above all how well it works! Steam cooking seals in juices and vitamins and all the nutrients we need without drying food out. Although it's not in the recipe book, I made a frittata in steam mode and turned on the air fryer to brown the top. It was the lightest and fluffiest frittata I ever ate. I've done clams, oysters, and shrimp all with great results. Broccoli, cauliflower, and string beans. They all come out fantastic! There's only 1 thing wrong with this machine - it's not big enough - I should have ordered the larger one!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this air fryer+++ is wonderful. It bakes, air fries, steams and has a self clean option. It is very easy to use. I have another air fryer that is very hard to change temp and time. I’ve also used Emeril’s fryer and baker and liked it also. It’s a little larger but the old model did not steam, the new ones might.

Silicon seal around the opening warps when heated. Within 2 months, the seal will not stay in place no matter what I do. The worst part is that no one will respond to my emails and I’ve tried reaching out to multiple different channels. The dedicated Amazon support email has gone unanswered for over 2 months now and I cannot return it. Since the door cannot close while cooking, it cannot be used. I’m warning others because if something goes wrong, the company will not respond. So unfortunate as it’s a beautiful unit. BUYER BEWARE.

So far I'm happy with it. The vapor steam cuts roasting yam time more than half, steam cleaning makes cleaning so easy. Air fry seems a bit not powerful than my old one, but I will try other temp/time combinations for better results.

I love this oven!! I had never heard of a "combi oven". I follow a youtube channel RoseRed Homestead. She was talking about a new oven that she had just gotten and how it worked and it sounded wonderful. It would airfry, steam, and everything else a regular toaster oven will do. The steam part is what got me. I stream a lot of vegetables, boil a lot of eggs and cook a lot of rice, which puts a lot of moisture into the air. The one she had was over $1.200 ...way over my budget, buy she researched other models that her viewers could get that would not be so expensive. This one was one she chose suggested so that is why I got this one. It is wonderful!!! It is a beautiful modern design, very easy to use. You can steam hard boiled eggs in 16 minutes and they come out perfect and peel easily leaving a perfect egg. Steams rice to perfection. Air fries great, and when it needs cleaning, you just turn on "clean" and it steam cleans itself!!! No steam comes into your house except one tiny puff when you open the door. It runs so quiet that you have to look to see if it is on. Great quality and function at a reasonable price. The only drawback is that it has NO cooking instructions. RoseRed Homestead has quite a few recipes for basic things that she demonstrates with her oven so I use her time and temperate for cooking and it works fine with this oven. Also, you can google to find times and temperatures. GREAT PRODUCT! Highly recommend!!
