I really enjoy these pastries. I was getting tired of the same old protein bars, and this provides a low-carb breakfast or snack option that helps me not to feel deprived. The texture approximates a giant Fig Newton. They're very sweet! If you don't have much of a sweet tooth, these might taste way too sweet for you. My trainer likes that I'm getting the additional protein. The net carbs are just a tad on the high side for keto, so be sure to take that into consideration.

Great taste, good amount of protein

The fruit flavored variety has been a staple for my breakfast now. Cold or warmed up they’re delicious. The quality control on the frosting distribution is sometimes comical though, frosting looks like it was applied by Ray Charles sometimes. Super small complaint though as it has no significant impact on taste.

I REALLY wanted to like these. I thought it would be a good alternative to a protein bar. I have medical issues that make eating hard at times and a protein bar is all I can get down and I need the nutrients. Can't do the shakes as I despise milk or anything like milk. I was so hoping these would be a good breakfast option but YUK! One bite and it was a no go. You can literally smell the chemicals when you open it. Dry as the desert and chalky. Whatever they call "cherry filling" is neon hot pink and chemical tasting. Just no. Save your money. At least I had a 50% off coupon. I will donate the open ones to anyone willing to take them. UPDATE: I do have to say they have one hell of a customer support team! Evidently the seller saw my review, contacted me and offered a refund. Now THAT is the way to do it. It just proves to me that they truly care about what they are doing and are paying attention. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that actually invests in the customer experience and takes action when needed. Although the pastry was a no-go for me, I definitely will be checking out other products from this seller. I am so impressed that they handled the situation unsolicited, swiftly and with respect and kindness I am changing to a 4 star.

These are good. Probably not the best tasting thing I’ve ever eaten, but since they are low calorie and low carb, I rather expected them to be exactly that. But - these are decent tasting and help satisfy the food cravings when I get hungry for a snack.

Fresh, tasty, as described. Really hits the spot for taste if you're craving something sweet without the sin.

The strip of "frosting" on the pastry is about 1.5" wide. The color of the pastry is pallid and not toasty looking. I pop these in the toaster oven for a short period, but the timing is critical. They go from pale to melting pretty quick. Flavor is mid but tolerable.

Let's talk about Legendary keto pastries. I've been on a low carb diet for a couple years now and was looking for something quick I could eat for breakfast. It tried the chocolate, strawberry, blueberry, and cherry (this one). They're all ok. They're not pop-tarts, but they're ok. The cherry taste the best. Eventually I moved full keto and gave these up. They started tasting too sweet, and I couldn't justify the $30+ price tag on a box of 10 of them. They're just too expensive. In my mind they're a good transition snack into a keto diet or maybe an occasional snack. I don't recommend them as a daily meal replacement.
