My son loves this Bike! It was very easy to assemble and use. He does not have his DL yet so he drives this all over the place, thrift stores, work, school events. He likes his independence this bike provides. Everyone asks where we got it and what brand it is and we tell them JASION for the win. Very well built and comfortable when riding, we even bought the rear seat as well. The battery charges pretty fast and lasts quite awhile! We may consider getting a basket at a later time for all his thrift store finds.

My 12 year old son received this as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the bike seems to be very good. There have not been any issues thus far. It was easy to complete putting it together (it comes partially put together). The seller was wonderful to work with. After ordering I received a message from the seller stating the bike was out of stock. They gave me several alternate options. We decided to wait for it to be back in stock. The seller was very communicative and responsive. Fortunately, it did arrive before Christmas. So far the battery life seems to be very sufficient. My son can ride around with his friends for hours. He said it is comfortable and easy to ride/drive.

*** Amendment*** I would now rate Jasion -5 stars! On May 29, 2026 Jasion offered me a "full refund" and on May 31, 2026 (2 days later), they clawed it back! Unbelieveable. I've filed a complaint with Amazon. I wish I could give this bike no stars! I bought it June 2025. Paid $760 and it is now literally garbage. It does not turn on. It worked great when it work June - September 2025. I stored the battery inside over winter. When I charged the battery up and popped it in, nothing. It will not turn on. Initially Jasion Support was helpful and responsive and I followed all instructions, but as the problem wasn't resolved with low level (i.e. "do this" "try that") interventions the suggestions became ridiculous. For example, I sent a photo of the fully charged battery using a multimeter early in the email thread but the last email informed me that the technicians have determined I need a new battery. Why would I need a new battery (and pay for shipping) when the battery I have fully charges? The only way to MAYBE get this bike running again is to bring it to an e-bike mechanic and pay $100/hours for diagnostics, plus parts and then the repair time. My suggestion is to purchase a bike that you ride and get serviced locally. Don't make a $760 mistake!

So far so good. Put 50 miles on it. Comfortable and pretty fast ( 33mph on flat ground and I'm 200lbs) MIght change the rear spring, It's a little stiff. The rear arm squeaked (5min fix) check on line. Good bike...

This is an exceptional bike. I looked at what seemed like endlessly for what is best for the not just buck but also convenient. The battery amp hr rating and its efficiency is pretty good. I had traveled on and off pedal assist about 10 miles and used 11% . I used my GPS to check the speed indicator and the bike did achieve just over 37 mph and trust me that's plenty fast. The speed is deceptive you will have to compensate for stopping , lol. Don't ask!! I absolutely have made a wonderful purchase.

I’ve been riding the Jasion Retro Volt Pro for a bit now and honestly it is so good for the price. The first thing you notice is the look because it basically looks like a classic moped or a cafe racer and I get compliments on it all the time. The power is actually crazy for an e-bike. It has a 1000W motor but it peaks way higher and I can hit almost 40mph on it which is plenty for keeping up with cars. The dual suspension is also a huge plus because those fat tires plus the shocks make the ride super smooth even if the road is bumpy. The battery life is also better than I expected and I can go for long rides without worrying about it dying on me. If you want something that looks cool and goes fast without spending thousands of dollars this is definitely the one to get.

This bike is good value for the money. It seems to be well built and has a lot of power. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but what I liked most was how well it was packed in the shipping box. I had an issue with the motor after riding for a short period of time, but I emailed customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful. They sent a replacement under warranty, so I was able to get my bike back up and running quickly at no cost.

The annoying brake sensor keeps cutting off the accelerator. Have only had this bike a couple of months and hardly put any miles on it...maybe not even 5 miles. You may want to consider another option. It's a nice bike otherwise, but not very fun when pedaling the bulky thing is the only option. I have upgraded my review to 3 stars because they are trying to troubleshoot my issue but the bike is still a lemon sitting in the garage currently w NO rear brakes, so even using it as a pedal bike is not an option for my son. Great customer service, bike quality is yet to be determined fully. Sad that my son still cannot use his very expensive gift.

Bon vélo avec une bonne autonomie. Dans l'ensemble tout est bien et fonctionnel. Par contre le côté pliant est un peu moins efficace.. Oui il se plie mais difficile à transporter après et regagne pas beaucoup de place. Mais parfois c'est assez pour quand même servir. Pour le reste je le recommande vraiment et le service est très bon (besoin pour le siège et il on répondu rapidement)

Just finished another ride! My wife and I purchased these 2 Jasion Bikes a month ago and couldn't be happier. After researching for 2 months and considering our need for a robust bike that can fold up these fit the bill perfectly. They are well built, fold easily, assembled in about 1.5 hours (I took my time, could've done it quicker) and a blast to ride. We've found the range on the battery to be accurate to what is claimed, speed is the same as well. The price point is exceptional considering the value. I don't think there are any cons so far. All good! Definitely I would recommend purchasing if your needs are the same as ours: -Back roads and gravel -Portability (we drop the bars only and they both fit our truck with the canopy on or in our small travel trailer without folding) -Price point -Comfy road travel -Enough speed to get there quick!

My experience with the seller and my new electric bike has been pretty solid. They are very responsive. The green colour is very popular so it might not be in stock. I waited a couple weeks for delivery because of this, but I don't regret waiting it's honestly a stunning colour. Google says it takes 30 minutes to get to work, with this bike I make it to work in 17 minutes. This bike comes with a 2 year warranty. I store my bike inside at home, I am learning how to best maneuver it when folded. I was carrying it for a little while, but this has been really hard on the back. So I have been rolling it out while folded, holding the handle below the seat. The best part is that the bike really does fold up well. Lube up the hinge so it's easier for you. It stores inconspicuously, but if you have stairs it can be heavy and awkward. Find another way to store it in your building if you have an apartment, you can take the battery out you'll just need a screw driver to detach it. For those trying to decide if they should get an electric bike, coming from Public Transit & Ubers, this bike has added a lot of freedom and independence to my life. The full electric mode carries me when I am overworked and just need to get home. The experience itself is far more rewarding than relying on other forms of public transportation and at some point eventually pays for itself. My route has everything I need to run small errands, freeing up my time further for weekends to relax. I was nervous about finding my confidence on the road, but I have found a happy place between biking on the road and getting off my bike and walking it in areas I feel unsafe (like high traffic intersections).
