I bought one of these from the same brand two years ago and absolutely LOVED it. I loved it so much I wanted a second one to switch between the two when one dies (they are a lifesaver and I wouldn't be able to get through my period without it). I bought the second one in January and by May it has stopped holding a charge. I've used it for less than four months and only used it once a month. I'm super disappointed as now the battery hardly lasts 20 minutes on the first vibration and middle heating temperature and it's past the return window. My other one is still going strong two + years later, so hopefully this one is a dud, but be warned. Tldr: bought one two years ago, it still works like new. But, bought a second one, and it stopped working after 4 months of once a month usage.
