Im glad i bought this. I was wearing regular body suit tank top girdles from Wal-Mart. I wanted something more sturdier. I had a baby 2 yrs ago. And i didnt wear the wrap that they give u to hold all ur stomach in so everything can go back in place. Now my stomach just pokes out. I am 5ft 3in 163 lbs. Waist 39. My stomach makes my waist big. The chart called for a way bigger size because of waist line. But i opt out and just went with a large. Cause that is what i wear in shirts and sweaters. It arrived on time. I took it out bag and it had a strong leathery smell. Strong hooks, quality material. The cloth part goes near your skin. This thing looked too small and short ,not long like i ordered. So i tried it on. And it was hard for me cause my stomach pokes out. I finally got it on. And OMG. Im loving it, its actually for a long torso. Im using the last row outer hooks. Maybe after awhile i can move inward to the other inner hooks. But it fits snug. Not tight to where u can't breathe. It stays put. It doesn't buldge on me, i read that it did for some. But not on me. I always slouch whike sitting and need to buy a back support. Well not anymore! This thing is so sturdy that i have no choice but to sit up straight and not slouch. When i slouch, it buckles/buldge right around navel area making it get tighter under breast bone. And that is uncomfortable. So now i got my personal trainer on my body, keeping me up right, helping me hold my gut in. Without this i wouldnt be able to. I have tried all kinds of undergarments. This one is the best yet. Oh it is long, it goes under Breast bone and go all the way past my navel ,it covers my c section flap down to my bikini hairline where they did the incision. It gives me a push up bra appearance (lol my breast sits on the trainer, its so sturdy it holds em up , giving me a push up bra type look). But it wont cover the rolls just under my bra in the back. So that part buldges out but i got a trick for that. I have a pullover stretchable upper body suit girdle to cover that. It looks like a tank top shirt but very firm , it holds my back in but not stomach. So now i use both and im not uncomfortable at all. After wearing this for 4 hours, i got use to it. Cause at first it took some getting use to. My insides were being pushed in place and i could tell but it didn't hurt ( like when the doctors push on ur stomach, it don't hurt) 4 hours later , its like the organs are in place and i feel normal. I would most definitely recommend

I have been waist training for about 5 years now and have many under bust, over bust, neoprene, latex, steel boned, lace & hook girdles, corsets, and other shape wear in my closet. I started with lace up corsets and latex girdles like this one, but gained weight over the past year (and basically had to start over reshaping the fat lol) Right off the bat, I could tell this is what I've been looking for on Amazon. I had ordered a few 'latex' girdles that felt flimsy and began to expand or lose shape after a couple weeks of wear. Some I was even on hook 3 after day one which is disappointing. This girdle features very well built and secure eye hooks that I'm not afraid of bending or coming apart from pulling and tugging. The inner lining is cloth material, so I don't have to worry so much about wearing another garment underneath (the latex is not directly on your skin all day, where other latex waist trainers can be irritating to those who don't have latex allergies if worn for a long time) I am 5'3", 195lbs and use these items EXCLUSIVELY for waist training. I don't use them for weight loss or back support per se (but after years of waist training you pretty much have to wear one for back support especially if you have large breasts like myself.) I ordered a 3XL based on the size chart and my big butt. I have worn others between medium and 2XL - please use the charts! Every manufacturer is different and if it's LATEX expect it to be a TIGHT FIT vs neoprene, spandex, or combo materials. You will need to wrestle this one on but once you do, you will prob love it. I was able to hook in the last hook row immediately which I'm fine with. I wanted to test this brand and style before ordering closer to my size expectation. Even the 3XL on the last hook really sucks everything in nicely, distributes any rolls that I hate to the right areas, and doesn't create any new ones (also hate.) TIP: If you're struggling with fitting your girdle, you may have it too LOW on your torso. I have a long torso for a short girl. Your girdle / corset should fall just below your bust line and end just below the belly and above the hips. (If you can tell in the photo) if you go too low on your hips, you will have a hell of a time trying to squeeze into your shape wear and may think it doesn't fit. Find the area on your body that has the most give and work from there, you can always pull it into position once you're latched :) Also, use your man or a girlfriend to get them suckers TIGHT. Bonus is you will definitely gain some muscle in your arms pulling your girdles closed lol I always need some help pulling up the back (mines a little low in the photos as I only had myself to fit this one) And if it doesn't work out as in too small, the manufacturer included a coupon for an extender (I already have like fifty but thanks!) Overall, would totally buy another one. This was exactly what I had been looking for but was skeptical because of the price and sizing. If you want that extra tight squeeze, those BLAM curves, and back support I HIGHLY recommend this product and wasn't bribed in any way to say this :)

BEST waist trainer! I’ve had it in my list for years but never bit the bullet. I finally pushed myself to get one and have been wearing it consistently for months after extreme weight loss and it’s been game changing for me. It’s super compressing but still comfortable to lounge in. Great for working out in also as it doesn’t restrict mobility like the ones with bars in them do. It doesn’t roll up and keeps everything tucked away nice and tight. I’ve worked my way down to the final latch of the 2XS and now idk what to do! I wish I would have gotten one sooner. Definitely a top recommendation from me for anyone looking to get snatched up for the summer.

This was my very first trainer purchase, and I couldn't be happier. I read a TON of the reviews, and looked at a few others, before biting the bullet and going for this one. I ordered it a week ago, it was delivered last Sunday, and I started wearing it on Monday. To address the main concern most other reviews mention: the smell. This is a latex trainer so yes, naturally it does have a somewhat strong smell. But I laid it out flat the day I got it and by the next day the smell had dissipated enough that it was not noticeable. If it bothers you too badly, I'm sure you could hand wash it per the instructions, or spray a bit of Febreeze on the inner side of the trainer (not the latex side), and you'd be just fine. Next would be the fit. Seeing as how this was going to be my first waist trainer, I measured my waist and followed the size chart. For reference, I am 5'7, 155lbs with some muscle tone and a long torso. I decided to go for the medium. Day one I wore it on the first hook. It was slightly uncomfortable, but I credit this to the fact that I've never worn a trainer before. Throughout the day it became more comfortable. So much so that the very next day I put it on the second hook, and that's where I've had it since (so 3 days total). I've also gradually increased the duration of wear from 4 hours, to 8, to 10. My goal is to be able to wear it a full 12 hours and to have it on the third hook by the end of next week. Also, since I do have a long torso I was concerned that it wouldn't be long enough on me. I was definitely mistaken! The trainer comes right under my chest and ends right at my hip bones, and it does NOT move about through out the day. Another concern I had was whether it would be visible under my clothing. Ultimately I'd have to say yes AND no. YES, because I ordered the black trainer, so it IS visible under light colored tops (white, baby pink, light blue). And NO, because darker colored clothing and/or looser fitting clothing conceal it just fine. I WILL be purchasing the ivory/cream color (forget what they're calling it!), and I'm sure this will enable me to wear it under my lighter colored tops without it being visible. Overall so far I am very pleased! I will update this review as time goes on if I discover anything worth mentioning, but for now I couldn't be happier!

Edit 2: Okay so this review is super long. I loved my very first waist trainer (see last part of my review)...I lost it and ordered a new one. It seemed different...thinner, too stretchy. I wrote the company an email under my husbands account asking if there was a diff type and I got a diff one because I really wanted the same as my first. I found my first one and they seemed very similar but I still felt like they were a bit different.(see "edit" directly after this...same post) I decided to keep both because it's still a great waist trainer and honestly I could use both to layer/cover every inch of my torso if really needed. To my surprise I received a THIRD waist trainer in the mail. I don't really know if I'm supposed to return one or what but I'm gonna send the 2nd one back in the attached return envelope. I wasn't charged, by the way! I noticed this third one felt super thick and not as stretchy! The packaging was identical as the last two except the 2nd one I ordered had a little plastic hook on it and this did not. I'm honestly bringing my review back to a 5 star just because of the customer service and also because it IS good quality. I felt a little crazy but holding the inside material of each waist trainer up side by side i def see a different in color/material (third pic) It's very small and most people won't care, I'm just SUPER PICKY! Edit; I ordered a new one about a month or so later because I lost the one I just got and it's a totally different material!! This makes me pretty disappointed, it's not a BAD waist trainer but it's much thinner and stretchy. This could be good to some people but not me, I like the material thick and with little give...like the original one I ordered! I'm taking my 5 star rating down to a 3 because of the inconsistency. I can't even say how bummed I am, I want to order the same one I had before but how can I know which one I'm getting? The second pic I'm posting is the crapper version, you can see by the clips alone it's totally different. Same row but it's pulling almost? I don't see this one holding up for very long. Sigh. Original review: I used my waist measurement (32") and purchased a large. I'm 5'2, 150lbs and very hip-y...kind of pear shaped. I've had multiple waist trainers ranging from expensive to cheap and this one is probably the best I've had. At least from first try-on! I don't know how itll hold up over time but I received it today, tried it on and it fit perfectly snug. I've ordered waist trainers off Amazon in the past and the last one I had was good quality but thicker latex. This is latex but not a heavy-weight one which will make long wears more comfortable. I'm on the first rows of clips..which by the way are again, the best quality yet. They literally "snap" once clipped and don't easily come undone unless you're doing it yourself. I think this is supposed to be for "long" torsos but I've found that even though I have a short torso, these fit the best for me. I don't like having that awkward "back fat" and it comes just under my breasts down to my hips perfectly. I highly recommend this! I bought the black one and for under 25$ you really can't go wrong. Watch ENTIRE video. I am 5’4” ,weight 130 lbs. I have a long torso and my chest size is a 34 to 36 I ordered a SMALL and it fit snug/just right for a little while. After a period of time, a very SHORT period of time 12 hours to be exact, it began losing its resistance and I am already on the very 1st row (smallest/tightest it will go ). So, if you are 5’4”-ish And your weight is somewhere around 130 pounds I would get the EXTRA-SMALL . As far as the torso goes, I have a long torso and I was worried that this would not even come down to my belly button, I was wrong. It tucks into my jeans/yoga pants and then some. As far as the “built-in corset”, the corset does not go all the way around the suit, it only has the front part of a corset sewn underneath/aligning with the seam of the zipper. I do like the feeling of the material. The material almost feels like a second skin, it reminds me of the fabric texture of a high end life jacket cover or tubing cover (Lake tube) it’s nice. You can also remove the straps and crisscross them or wear it as a halter top. I hope this helps anybody that is looking to purchase. Watch the entire video. I am so glad I decided to record myself receiving the package as well as opening the package because when I opened my package and unzipped the “waste trainer“ if that’s what you would like to call it, it smelled like sweat. Upon further investigation I found lots of make up On it as well as SKIN on the back part of it, it is used! Which means that somebody else SET in it and they were sweating and leaving nasty dead skin cells all up in that trainer.I did a ton of research and read tons of reviews and this one had the best, hands-down so maybe this is just a fluke. But what I received was definitely used, maybe someone else received it and returned it and they just recycled it, I don’t know.

Just as described but too soon to know if it’s working on me.

Amazing product work as expected and some... i lost stomach mass and protruding to which the effects could be seen IMMEDIATELY it is also great for posture and the reinforcement to begin working on and building your core musceles. I wear mine all day and night as i sleep you will see results in a matter of days!
