Easy no fuss setup right out of the box. Does exactly what it is supposed to.
I bought this to take advantage of the 10 gig ethernet on my NAS drive and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The switch itself is well bult with a metal case, feels sturdy and fit for purpose. It was very easy to set up. I just plugged it in, connected my NAS and PC to the pair of 10 gig ports and then connected one of the 2,5 gig ports to my router. fired everything up and it all connected and worked without any further setup. I'm getting really good speeds between the PC and NAS now, about 10 times what I was previously getting over a 1 gig connection. It's been incredibly hot here in the UK recently but the switch has still performed well. The case gets warm but not hot and does not overheat. If you need a switch and don't need more than 2 10 gig ports then I would definitely say that you cannot go far wrong with this switch. Well built, reliable, easy to use and good value for money.

Wisper quiet
Switch was easy to install and set up. Great value purchased at £223.98 in prime day sale. I was concerned the built in fan would be noisy, but it turned out that it was inaudible. I have it sitting in my Livingroom behind the TV.

Works well at multiple speeds
I've used it with NICGIGA AQC113 10Gbps PCIe cards, an Intel i225-lm card, Realtek 8125 onboard NIC and a Realtek 8156 USB dongle (all 2.5Gbps) as well as a bunch of 1Gbps motherboards. It's uplinked to a 1Gbps switch so works well at multiple link speeds. The fan is not silent! Your can hear it from over a metre away. The unit is a bit bigger than my 2.5Gbps switch but has an internal PSU not a power brick. Rack ears were included. I'm using it with CAT6

Loud fan
Works fine, but very loud fan. It's noisy than the NAS it's connected to :(

So loud after 6 weeks
while this functions OK. Within 6 weeks the fan makes such a loud noise. UNits needs to be turned off when not in use as the noise is just distracting and annoying. The unit functions perfectly fine. If this is going in the same room you work, then avoid this product

It’s doing 10G like 5 stars!
Perfect!!! Built my house eth. backbone on this guy; changed all the cables to CAT 7, got 10G fiber from the ISP. I placed it in the basement due to the fan sound (you can barely hear it, but it is not for the living room). Tested with five simultaneous streamings in 4K, at the same time heavy download, no lag no delay, it’s just amazing.

Perfetto e unico nelle caratteristiche
perfetto, anche se no brand blasonato, funziona alla grande, rete perfetta a 2,5Gbit con gestione della mia fibra a 10Gbit. Con le stesse caratteristiche non si trova.

Perfect budget 10Gbe upgrade switch – 2x 10G copper + 4x 2.5G ports – actually works!
Bought this no-name (looks like a rebadged Hasivo or YuanLey OEM) unmanaged 10Gbe switch for $119 on a Lightning Deal and I’m honestly shocked at how good it is for the money. What you get: 2 × 10Gbase-T RJ45 ports (real 10 Gbit/s, Cat6a or better) 4 × 2.5Gbase-T RJ45 ports (backwards compatible with 1G/100M) Tiny fanless metal case, completely silent 12V 1.5A wall-wart power supply (included) Real-world performance My desktop (10G NIC) ↔ Synology DS1823xs+ (10G port) hits sustained 1.12 GB/s (9.4 Gbps) copying large 4K/8K video files. Zero packet loss, rock solid. My three 2.5Gbe devices (PS5, Shield TV, WiFi 6E AP on 2.5Gbe port) all negotiate 2.5Gbps instantly and run without issues. Plugged my old 1Gbe devices into the remaining ports and everything just works – no compatibility drama. Build & heat 100% passive cooling, case gets warm (around 55-60°C under full 10G load) but totally fine. No thermal throttling even after 24-hour file transfers. Feels like a solid chunk of aluminum. Pros Dirt cheap for true 10G copper + multi-gig ports Truly plug-and-play unmanaged (literally zero config) Silent, low power (~8-10W idle, ~18W max) Small enough to velcro under the desk Cons (minor) No link aggregation / LACP (it’s unmanaged, expected) Power supply cable is only 3ft long No mounting ears (but it’s so light it doesn’t matter) If you just need a fast, dumb switch to connect a NAS, gaming PC, and a couple multi-gig devices without spending $300+ on a Trendnet or QNAP, this thing is an absolute no-brainer. Already ordered a second one for the office. Highly recommended – saved me from buying a way more expensive “name brand” switch that does the exact same thing. 10/10 for the price.
