My dermatologist recommended this cleanser because I have Rosacea, although I have always had sensitive skin. It is very gentle on my face and I believe it has helped greatly improve my skin texture. I don't have the patchy dryness I had before using it. I only wear makeup once or twice a week, but when I do, this cleanser removes it completely with no scrubbing - including my water-based eye makeup. I never have any eye irritation as I would with soap. I love that it does not have any fragrance. You only have to use a very small amount. I use about a pea-sized amount with no makeup. A little more if I have makeup to remove. I rub it between my hands and then use my hands to rinse my face with water only (no washcloth), then blot my face dry with a white towel. I keep one bottle on my bathroom sink and one in the shower.

I stumbled across this cleanser just looking for something new to try for sensitive skin. I don't have any specific issues, other than occasional breakouts. This cleanser has essentially eliminated breakouts. I love it and have been using it daily for over a year.

Listen, I love this cleanser. I have Rosacea and this is perfect for my skin, which is why I pay the price. But my God figure out the packaging/shipping. You read the reviews thinking it’s not going to happen to you but I received one without the pump. I’m going to use the pump from my last purchase but this is too much money for it to be shipping this way.

I bought this to help with an anti-redness cream (specifically, for my chin & the area around my nose). I've only been using it a few days, but it feels and smells great! It's not nearly as harsh as some of the other cleansers I've tried, and I notice the difference in hydration. I only wish I had stumbled onto this cleanser sooner.

Like the product and have used for long time. But be aware product often sent missing cap to 'pump' the product out of the bottle.

Love this product BUT when I RECEIVE IT THE PUMP WAS BROKEN THE TOP PART DIDNT Have the pump on it so for me to use it I have to open it up and out some on my hands.

Great product. Tend towards the oily side, but have had no issues w/breakouts. Gentle on the skin, leaves it feeling clean and smooth. If you're on the fence, try it! It might be a bit expensive, but a little goes a long way.
