It says All Region in the description but it is not. I have dvds with region code 2+4 and they do not play in this player

Eu me surpreendi com esse dvd player. Sou Colecionadora de filmes e meu aparelho antigo era RCA e a imagem nao ficava muito boa com a TV nova hdmi. Comprei esse da Philips e estou muito satisfeita com o desempenho dele. A imagem dos filmes fica lindíssima. Queria só uma dica de alguém que ja comprou esse aparelho: O visor digital fica sempre com a palavra "off" acesa. Tem como ficar apagada? Obrigada.
